FAQ

Scalable charging infrastructure on subscription

With FleetGrid’s CaaS solution, you get a complete subscription-based solution for
charging. It includes consulting, installation, hardware, operation, maintenance, 24/7 support, and financing. This way, you can focus on running your business instead of spending energy on establishing and operating your charging infrastructure.

We make sure the vehicles are always ready for the next trip, and you can expect reliability and
guarantee throughout the entire contract period.

That is handled by our experienced installation partner in the industry. They ensure
for the entire installation and also take care of operation, preventive maintenance, and any
call-outs throughout the entire contract period. You don’t have to worry about technical issues
– we take care of that.

You pay for the electricity you use and the grid connection (amperage) – you do that
as well if you buy your own charging system.

If there is not enough capacity at your location, you will need to pay yourself to get more
amperage installed, but we help you get it solved.

The contract period is flexible and tailored to the customer’s needs.

Yes. FleetGrid is designed to scale. You can start small and expand gradually – CaaS
can be used for anything from one to 150+ charging outlets. We always factor future needs into the solution, based on your requirements.

You pay a fixed monthly fee. The price always covers consulting, hardware,
software, installation, operation, maintenance, support, and financing.

The most important thing is that you avoid investments in infrastructure, unforeseen operating costs
and maintenance.

The price depends on the scope of the project and its scaling potential.

We provide 24/7 support, and our experts in both small and large solutions
for heavy transport take action and fix it.

Troubleshooting, spare parts, and operation are included in the agreement. You don’t need to make calls or book technicians yourself.

FleetGrid uses recognized, top-quality equipment.

If you prefer other hardware brands, we can discuss this.

We start with a needs assessment and an evaluation of the grid capacity (amount of amperage) at your address. If additional power is needed, we help you move forward in dialogue with the utility company. You give us authorization so we can speak with your local utility provider on your behalf.

Once the power supply is in place, we install the charging solution – and take responsibility for operation and service going forward.

As part of the process, we also review regulatory requirements, easements, and other site conditions that must be complied with.
